What is Nurish by Nature Made?
Nurish by Nature Made® is a monthly subscription of personalized vitamins. Each month, our customers receive a personalized 30-day pack of specially curated vitamins and supplements delivered directly to their door.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. First, take a few minutes to complete our quiz here. We’ll then recommend a customized vitamin pack just for you. It’s that simple! If you already know what vitamins you want in your pack, you can add them to your cart and complete your purchase without taking the quiz.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is listed for each product. This reflects the cost of the vitamin per month. Your monthly pack price reflects the overall price that you will be charged each month based on your custom vitamin package.
Can I order just one month?
Yes! We’re excited to announce that we are now offering both one-time purchase and subscriptions options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do I need an account to order?
You will not need an account to create your first order. However, you will be prompted to create an account once you have placed your first order.
Managing Your Subscription
How do I set up a subscription?
First, start by taking a few minutes to complete our assessment here. We’ll then recommend vitamins and supplements just for you. It’s that simple! Alternatively, if you already know what you would like, you can add products from the product page to create your own pack.
How do I pause/cancel my subscription?
First you will need to login to your account here. Once you’ve logged into your account, you will have the option to pause your upcoming orders. Simply, select "Edit" under the "Orders" tile. Then, click "Pause" on the top right corner of your screen. You will then be given the option to pause for 1, 2 or 3 months. Once you’ve made your selection, don’t forget to hit “Confirm”. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your subscription, simply select “Cancel” instead of “Pause”.
Can I change my next order date?
Absolutely! To change your next order date, first log in to your account here. Then, select “View” located under the "Orders" tile. Here you will see your upcoming subscription order. You will also see options to edit, skip a month or pause. If you would like to skip your next order, simply select “Skip a Month”. You can also select “Pause” and you will be given the option to pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months. Just make sure to click "Confirm" and you're all set. Alternatively, if you need your order shipped sooner than scheduled, simply email us at email@example.com or call us at 888-2-nurish (888-268-7474) and we’ll take care of you.
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
First, log in to your account here. Next, click "Edit" under the "Subscriptions" tile to see your current shipping information. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see your current shipping address. To edit, click on the pencil icon to the right of your address, enter your updated address and select "Update Address".
To updating your billing address, login to your account. Then select "Edit" just under "Address Book". You can then update your billing address and click "Save".
When will my credit card be charged each month?
First, log in to your account here. Next, select "Future Orders" under the "Subscriptions" tile. Here you will see your next charge date.
You will also receive an email reminder a few days before your next charge date.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, navigate directly to the "Account" button located in the top navigation and click "Forgot your Password?". You will then need to submit your email address for further instructions on how to reset your password.
How often will my vitamins ship?
As part of your subscription, we will ship every 28 days, so you never have gaps in your supplement program.
How do I update my vitamin list?
Updating your vitamin list is easy! First, sign into your account here and select "Edit" just under the "Orders" tile. Here you can update your vitamin list to your liking by adding or deleting any items. Don’t forget to hit “Save” when you’re all done!
You can also update your assessment answers by retaking the assessment quiz. To retake the quiz, navigate to the “Quizzes” tile and select “Start New Quiz”. If we have any updated recommendation, you will see this in your vitamin list.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your nurish subscription! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your monthly pack, we’ll refund your order within 30 days of receiving it. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 888-2-nurish (888-268-7474) and we’ll take care of you.
My email address is not recognized when I try to login to my account. What now?
We’re so sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging into your account. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will take care of you!
Can I add a second subscription to my account?
Each subscription can only be linked to one customer. Unfortunately, if we were to add more than one customer to a single account, we would not able to personal each vitamin pack. Because of this, we ask that every individual sign up for a separate subscription.
Can I add a prescription to my daily packs?
Nurish by Nature Made® is a subscription service that creates personalized nutritional supplement packets using only Nature Made vitamins and supplements. We are not able to include any prescription medications in our monthly packs.
Are your vitamins USP certified?
Yes, our vitamins are USP certified. The only exception are our herbal supplements, which do not fall under this certification. However, we do adhere to regulations that require us to follow current good manufacturing practices (CGMP) for all herbal supplements.
Are your vitamins dairy free and gluten free?
Most of our products are dairy and gluten free. However, please keep in mind that it is advisable to check the ingredients list in the description before you order to verify that you have the most relevant information that applies to the product you want purchase, as formulas may change from time-to-time. Any Nurish by Nature Made® product with an ingredient containing or derived from a major food allergen is clearly labeled to indicate the presence of the allergen.
Is your packaging recyclable?
All the shippers and cartons that we use are 100% recyclable, the same as any paper product. However, the packet used for each daily vitamin pack is typically not able to be recycled by most local waste facilities.
Are your probiotics shelf stable?
The good news is that our probiotics can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place (at or below 75°F/23°C) – no refrigeration required.
Are your vitamins FDA approved?
Great question! Our dietary supplements are regulated under the FDA and we do adhere to FDA regulations that require us to follow current good manufacturing practices (CGMP).
How big are the vitamins?
Be sure to check each product page for specific sizing as this can vary depending on the vitamin, supplement or mineral.
What is the best way to take my recommended vitamins?
We recommend taking vitamins along with your heaviest meal for optimal absorption (usually lunch or dinner) at a time when it’s convenient for you. Taking them at the same time each day will help you develop a consistent routine. Although it is safe to take all your dietary supplements at once, there are some exceptions, such as melatonin, which should only be taken before bed. These will be packed separately, however, so there is never any confusion.
Because no two people are alike, if you are taking any medications you should be aware that potential drug-nutrient interactions may occur and are encouraged to consult a health care professional before using this product. Those who are pregnant, or nursing should also consult with their physician before use.
How should I store my vitamins?
It’s best to store your vitamins in a cool, dry place.
About Our Assessment
How do you address allergies?
Knowing about your allergies is very important. If you mark an allergy in the assessment quiz, we will not recommend items that contain that allergen. However, we also recommend checking the product details page, if you have an allergy that was not covered in the assessment or if you have customized your vitamin pack with any additional items.
How are my vitamins curated just for me?
By taking our online assessment, we’re able to find out a little more about you. You’ll answer questions regarding your life stage, diet, lifestyle, health and allergies. We then overlay recommended nutrient intake values that are safe for consumption as suggested by various scientific organizations and scientific research.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes 2-3 days to process an order, plus an additional 5-7 business days to ship. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email upon order processing and another email once the product has shipped.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free for orders $30 and above inside the contiguous US. An $8 charge will be applied for any order less than $30 or shipping outside of the contiguous US, including Alaska & Hawaii.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Can I add additional vitamins to my order?
Absolutely! Once you have taken the assessment, you can easily select additional items to add to your pack. You can also sign in to your account to add additional items to your next shipment. However, please note, all changes will need to be made 24 hours before your next bill date.
Where do I apply my promo code?
When placing your first order, you will be able to add your promo code in the cart just under 'Order Summary'.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Only one coupon code can be used per order and are only valid for first time orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it. To cancel your order, simply fill in the order refund request form here.
Note: Orders that are older than 30 days can not be refunded.
