Pumpkin Cashew Cream Sauce (Vegan/Gluten-Free)

1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup of your favorite broth
1/3 cup non-dairy milk
3 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard (optional but recommended!)
1-2 cloves of garlic
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp paprika
- Add all ingredients into a blender, and pulse until smooth.
- Pour over your favorite gluten-free pasta.
